Kathryn D. Peters practices bankruptcy law in Evansville, Indiana, and the counties of Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey, Spencer, Dubois, Martin, Perry, Daviess and Gibson. Her practice began in 1985 and for the last several years she has focused in the area of consumer bankruptcy. Kathryn Peters received her B.A. and J.D. degrees from Indiana University. Ms. Peters is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Evansville Bar Association. She is a past chairman of the Bankruptcy Committee and is an active member of the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Committee. Ms. Peters frequently lectures on the subject of consumer bankruptcy for both state and local continuing education seminars.
